CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS & DAMAGES

Q - Can I make changes to or cancel my order?

At Art Tea Cup, we work hard to ship your order as quickly as possible. Once your payment is accepted and your order is confirmed, it immediately enters our fulfillment process.
This means there is only a very short window before your order is picked, packed, and shipped.

If you need to cancel, please email us at artteacup@outlook.com as soon as possible with the subject line “Cancellation”, including your full name and order number. We’ll let you know what we can do.


Q - What is your return & exchange policy?

We want you to enjoy every purchase from Art Tea Cup. If something doesn’t work out, you can request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.

To start the process, please email us at artteacup@outlook.com with your order number, the product name(s), and the reason for the return or exchange.

Please note:

  • Original shipping/processing fees are non-refundable.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Returned items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.

  • We reserve the right to charge a small restocking fee.

  • Returns are only accepted for purchases made on www.artteacup.com.

If your package is returned due to an incorrect address, unclaimed delivery, or other customer error, a reshipping fee will apply.


Q - What if my item arrives damaged?

We’re so sorry! Please email artteacup@outlook.com with your order number, full name, and a clear photo of the damaged item. Our support team will arrange a replacement or refund.


Q - How long will my refund take?

Refunds are typically completed within 2–4 weeks. This includes:

  • 5–10 business days for the return to reach us,

  • 3–5 business days to process your return,

  • 5–10 business days for your bank to finalize the refund.


Q - What if my package is lost?

If shipping insurance was purchased at checkout and your order has not been delivered within 60 days, it will be considered lost. Please contact us within 30 days of this period, and we will gladly issue a full refund or resend your order.
